If you purchased a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, you can return or exchange it. Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, we undertake to refund you the full cost of the goods, including delivery. If you exchange an item, we are ready to send you a new item within 10 days.
In this case, the goods you return must meet the following criteria:
you have supporting documents of your order;
the product has not been used or washed;
the product type (packaging, labels) and consumer properties have been preserved;
the product is supplied in original packaging;
if the product is defective, we would like to receive a photo confirming this fact (to avoid damage during transport);
the product was purchased less than 30 calendar days ago.
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the purchased product, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. In case of returning a quality product, the costs of returning the product are borne by the Buyer. Shipping costs are not refundable for quality product returns.
In order to make a return or exchange, please fill out the appropriate form, which will open in a new window. In this form, provide the following information: order number, product code, product name and quantity, and also provide a brief description of the identified defects.
As soon as we receive notification of a return or exchange of goods, we will send you a special form that must be included with the parcel. You can send the parcel to our address yourself or use the services of our courier.
Attention! In case of refusal of the goods, if it is part of a set, a return can only be made as a full set. Please also keep in mind that shipping charges on quality items are non-refundable.
